Introduction
The Laurelwood Neighbourhood Association (LWNA) is a not-for-profit organization run by volunteers for residents of Laurelwood.
Objectives
The objectives of the Laurelwood Neighbourhood Association are:
To promote and facilitate community based activities such as leisure activities, recreational events, educational opportunities and promote environmental awareness.
Assist with the development of an equitable, safe, and inclusive community.
To develop effective partnerships and relationships with The City of Waterloo and other neighbourhood associations.

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO SAVE AT THE FAMILY FUN FAIR
Something for everyone. The LWNA is pleased to announce our first annual Fall Family Fun Fair to be held
Friday September 10th 5-10pm and
Saturday September 11th from 11am-11pm
at Old Oak Park and beside St. Nicholas Catholic Elementary School on Laurelwood Dr.
Come for exciting midway rides, delectable food,
entertainment for all ages,
sophisticated silent auction, and movie under the
stars (Shrek Forever
After).
Advance tickets for the midway rides are still available for $25 per
person
from Scotiabank on Laurelwood Drive and Erbsville Road. It's not too
late
to get your advance tickets now which are redeemed on event day for
wristbands allowing unlimited access to the midway rides. Proceeds from the
event are being donated to our new neighbours, the John M. Harper District
Branch Library and Stork Family YMCA.
